Alexis Collins, M.Ed.
Head of School
Classroom Teacher
Alexis Collins is a certified educator with over five years of experience in the state of Florida. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (K-6) with a minor in Psychology from Rollins College, and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Florida. Alexis is deeply passionate about cultivating educational environments that promote student achievement and equity. Her background as a public school teacher and reading coach has equipped her with a strong foundation in literacy instruction and student development. Now working in the private sector, Alexis is committed to helping students build essential reading skills that serve as the cornerstone for lifelong academic success. Her dedication to empowering young learners drives her mission to ensure that every child has access to the tools they need to thrive.

I’m Alansen T. Mondesir, a dedicated wife, mother of two wonderful boys and a cat, and an aspiring full-time educator. My path in education began in higher education, where I served as an Admissions Director and taught Creative Writing and Critical Thinking. Inspired by my 9-year-old son with dyslexia, I am on a mission to provide an affordable, and effective educational experience that caters to diverse learning needs while fostering parental involvement to empower every learner.

Driven by passion for making learning meaningful, Rachel Flash graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Education (K-6) and has been teaching for eight years. Recognized as the 2023-2024 Teacher of the Year, she is now pursuing a master’s degree at UCF in Math and Science. Ms. Flash loves incorporating science-based experiments and real-world applications into lessons to help students develop critical thinking skills. A firm believer in honoring every student’s individuality, she works to create an environment where every student's voice is heard and every learner feels empowered.
